What is boot11strap?
boot11strap is an entrypoint into a super-bug hidden inside the 3DS's motherboard, which allows full access to the device.
This makes it easier to develop more powerful emulation software for the device it is used for, also allowing OSes to be made/installed for the 3DS, that are not native to Nintendo. Although no custom Operating Systems have been made for the 3DS currently, it will come soon with the release of 11os, a custom Operating System being developed by Kingy (or me, in this case.)
